Description

These No Bake Coconut Cream Balls are creamy, sweet, and totally addictive! Made with shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and coated in smooth melted chocolate, they’re the perfect quick dessert or holiday treat—no oven required.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups shredded coconut

  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

  • 8 oz white or semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and chopped nuts (if using).

  • Mix well until everything is evenly combined and forms a thick, sticky mixture.

  • Scoop and roll into bite-sized balls using your hands or a cookie scoop.

  • Place balls on a parchment-lined tray and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

  • Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely.

  • Place back on the tray and refrigerate again until chocolate is set.

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

  • You can use dark, milk, or white chocolate depending on your preference.

  • Add a pinch of salt or a splash of almond extract for an extra flavor kick.

  • Great for gifting or adding to a holiday cookie platter!
