Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Chicken Sausage

In a cast iron skillet, brown chicken sausage over medium heat, crumbling as it cooks.

Set aside and reserve ¼ cup drippings (add butter if needed).
Step 2: Make the Sawmill Gravy
3. To hot drippings, add flour and whisk to form a roux.

Step 3: Toast the English Muffins
