6 oz egg noodles

1 lb ground beef

1 tbsp olive oil

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup sliced mushrooms

2 tbsp all-purpose flour

2 cups beef broth

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper, to taste

Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook Noodles:
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside. -
Brown Beef:
In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté onion until soft. Add garlic and mushrooms, cook 2 minutes. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease if needed. -
Make Sauce:
Sprinkle flour over the beef mixture and stir to coat. Slowly pour in beef broth, stirring constantly until thickened (about 3–5 minutes). -
Add Creaminess:
Stir in sour cream and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer on low for 2 minutes. -
Combine and Serve:
Add cooked noodles into the skillet and toss to coat. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
