Ingredients

1 pound ground chicken (or substitute ground turkey, beef, or pork)

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 egg

1/4 cup milk

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin or baking dish.

Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground meat, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, egg, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined; avoid overmixing.

Form loaves: Divide mixture into 6–8 equal portions and shape into mini loaves. Place in muffin tin cups or on a baking sheet.
