Description

These Garlic Parmesan Meatloaves are a flavorful twist on the classic, made with juicy ground chicken, savory Parmesan, and aromatic garlic – perfect for weeknight dinners or meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken (or substitute ground turkey, beef, or pork)

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin or baking dish.

  • Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground meat, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, egg, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined; avoid overmixing.

  • Form loaves: Divide mixture into 6–8 equal portions and shape into mini loaves. Place in muffin tin cups or on a baking sheet.

  • Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
