Ingredients

4 bone-in pork chops

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 onion, thinly sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions

Season pork chops with salt and pepper.

In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and sear pork chops for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Transfer to the CrockPot.

In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic for 2–3 minutes until softened.

In a bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and Worcestershire sauce.

Add sautéed onions and garlic to the CrockPot, then pour the soup mixture over the pork chops.

Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until pork chops are tender.

Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles, spooning gravy over the top.

Bone-in pork chops yield juicier results, but boneless can be used as well.
