Ingredients

  • 200 g graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:

    • Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.

  • Prepare the Crust:

    • Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.

    • Press mixture into the bottom of the pan to form a firm crust.

  • Make the Cheesecake Batter:

    • Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

    • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.

    • Stir in sour cream and flour until just combined.

  • Bake the Cheesecake:

    • Pour batter into the crust and smooth the top.
