Ready in just 15 minutes, this easy pizza is perfect for lunch, dinner, or a quick snack!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 large naan breads
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and halved
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat & Toast the Naan – Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place naan breads on a baking sheet and bake for 3-5 minutes until slightly crispy.

2️⃣ Assemble the Pizza – Spread tzatziki sauce evenly over the warm naan. Top with shredded chicken, red onion, cherry tomatoes, olives, and crumbled feta.

3️⃣ Bake Again (Optional) – If you prefer a warm, melted texture, return the pizzas to the oven for 5 minutes until heated through.

4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy – Slice and serve immediately! Add extra tzatziki drizzle, fresh parsley, or a squeeze of lemon for extra flavo

Notes

  • Want a crunchier crust? Bake the naan for 8-10 minutes before adding toppings.
  • For extra flavor, season the chicken with a sprinkle of oregano and garlic powder.
  • Add more veggies! Try cucumber slices, bell peppers, or spinach for a fresh twist.
  • Make it vegetarian by skipping the chicken and adding roasted chickpeas!
