Ingredients
Crust:

Dark Chocolate Mousse:

4 oz dark chocolate, chopped

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 tbsp powdered sugar
Milk Chocolate Mousse:

4 oz milk chocolate, chopped

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 tbsp powdered sugar
White Chocolate Mousse:

4 oz white chocolate, chopped

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions

Prepare the Crust: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine cookie crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a tart pan. Bake for 8–10 minutes. Let cool completely.

Dark Chocolate Mousse: Melt dark chocolate and allow to cool slightly. Whip cream and powdered sugar to soft peaks, then gently fold in melted chocolate. Spread over crust and chill for 15 minutes.

Milk Chocolate Mousse: Repeat the process with milk chocolate. Spread over the dark chocolate layer and chill for 15 minutes.

White Chocolate Mousse: Repeat again with white chocolate. Spread as the final layer. Chill the entire tart for at least 2 hours or until set.
