Ingredients
-
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
-
2 tbsp olive oil
-
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
2 tbsp honey
-
1 tbsp soy sauce
-
Salt and black pepper, to taste
-
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
-
Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
-
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
-
Sear chicken for 5–7 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
-
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter, garlic, honey, and soy sauce. Stir until butter melts and sauce thickens slightly (2–3 minutes).
-
Return chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top. Simmer for another 2–3 minutes to coat chicken.
-
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
-
For extra richness, use a mix of butter and a splash of cream.
-
Serve with mashed potatoes, steamed rice, or roasted veggies.
-
You can use chicken thighs for juicier meat.
