Description

These Strawberry Crunch Rice Krispie Treats blend gooey marshmallow cereal with a vibrant strawberry and Golden Oreo topping for a fruity, nostalgic no-bake dessert. Perfect for parties, after-school snacks, or quick sweet cravings!


Ingredients

  • 6 cups strawberry-flavored Rice Krispies cereal (or regular)

  • 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows

  • 4 tablespoons (60g) unsalted butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Strawberry Crunch Topping:

  • 10 Golden Oreos, crushed

  • 3 tablespoons strawberry Jell-O powder

  • 3 tablespoons melted butter


Instructions

  • Prepare the topping: Mix crushed Oreos, strawberry Jell-O powder, and melted butter in a bowl until well combined. Set aside.

  • Make the base: In a large pot, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.

  • Add cereal: Remove from heat and gently mix in the cereal until coated.

  • Press into pan: Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Press the cereal mixture evenly into the pan.

  • Top and set: Sprinkle the strawberry crunch evenly over the top and press gently to adhere.

  • Cool and cut: Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes, then slice into squares.


Notes

  • Substitute plain Rice Krispies and add strawberry extract if needed.
