Ingredients

6 cups strawberry-flavored Rice Krispies cereal (or regular)

4 tablespoons (60g) unsalted butter

For the Strawberry Crunch Topping:

10 Golden Oreos, crushed

3 tablespoons strawberry Jell-O powder

3 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions

Prepare the topping: Mix crushed Oreos, strawberry Jell-O powder, and melted butter in a bowl until well combined. Set aside.

Make the base: In a large pot, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.

Add cereal: Remove from heat and gently mix in the cereal until coated.

Press into pan: Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Press the cereal mixture evenly into the pan.

Top and set: Sprinkle the strawberry crunch evenly over the top and press gently to adhere.
