Description

These Strawberry Cheesecake Nachos are a fun and delicious dessert twist! Crispy cinnamon-sugar tortilla chips are layered with creamy cheesecake topping and juicy strawberries for a crowd-pleasing treat perfect for parties and summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 small flour tortillas

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, diced

  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam (optional, for drizzling)

  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Brush both sides of the tortillas with melted butter.

  • In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture generously over both sides of the tortillas.

  • Cut tortillas into triangles and arrange in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Bake for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden. Let cool.

  • Meanwhile, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.

  • To assemble, layer the cinnamon tortilla chips with dollops of cheesecake mixture and diced strawberries.

  • Warm the strawberry jam slightly and drizzle over the nachos (optional).

  • Add whipped cream if desired, and serve immediately!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice to the strawberries before layering.

  • Make sure to cool the chips fully to keep them crisp when topping.

  • Swap in other berries like blueberries or raspberries for a mixed berry version!
