Description

This easy Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake is a sweet and creamy dessert that’s impossible to resist! Made with just a few simple ingredients like strawberry pie filling, cream cheese, and vanilla cake mix, it’s the perfect no-fuss treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 box vanilla cake mix

  • 1 can (21 oz) strawberry pie filling

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly across the bottom of the prepared dish.

  • In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar (if using) until smooth.

  • Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the strawberry filling.

  • Sprinkle the dry vanilla cake mix evenly over the top.

  • Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the cake mix, trying to cover as much of it as possible.

  • Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

  • Let cool slightly before serving warm, or chill for a firmer texture.

Notes

  • Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for extra indulgence!

  • You can swap in other pie fillings like blueberry or cherry for variety.

  • If you like a crispier topping, add a few extra pats of butter over dry spots before baking
