Description

This Snickers Cheesecake is a decadent dessert made for candy lovers! With a buttery graham cracker crust, rich and creamy filling studded with Snickers pieces, and topped with caramel, peanuts, and whipped cream, it’s the ultimate indulgence for any special occasion or sweet craving.

Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese (softened)

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 6 fun-size Snickers bars (chopped into small pieces)

For the Topping:

  • 4-6 fun-size Snickers bars (chopped)

  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts (optional)

  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust:
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and set aside to cool.

  • Make the Filling:
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and beat until incorporated. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, sour cream, and heavy cream. Mix until smooth. Gently fold in chopped Snickers bars.

  • Bake the Cheesecake:
Pour filling over crust. Bake at 325°F for 55–65 minutes, or until center is just set. Turn off oven and let cheesecake sit inside with the door slightly open for 1 hour.

  • Cool and Chill:
Remove cheesecake, cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  • Add the Topping:
Before serving, top with chopped Snickers, drizzle with caramel sauce, and sprinkle with peanuts. Add whipped cream if desired.

Notes

  • Use a water bath to help prevent cracking.

  • Cheesecake freezes well—wrap tightly and freeze for up to 1 month.

  • Allow toppings to cool before adding for a clean finish.
