Description

These Slow Cooker Mississippi Ribeye Steaks are melt-in-your-mouth tender and bursting with flavor from ranch seasoning, au jus mix, pepperoncini peppers, and butter. An easy set-it-and-forget-it gourmet meal, perfect for weeknights or special occasions, served best over mashed potatoes or rice.


Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs ribeye steaks

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning

  • 1 packet au jus seasoning

  • 10 pepperoncini peppers

  • 1/4 cup pepperoncini juice (optional)

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, sliced


Instructions

  • Optional Sear: For added depth of flavor, sear steaks in a hot skillet for 1–2 minutes per side.

  • Assemble in Slow Cooker: Place steaks in the slow cooker. Sprinkle with ranch and au jus seasonings.

  • Add Peppers & Butter: Add pepperoncini peppers and juice if using. Top with sliced butter.

  • Cook: Cover and cook on low for 5–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until the steaks are fall-apart tender.

  • Serve: Plate steaks over mashed potatoes or rice and garnish with fresh parsley.


Notes

  • Searing the steaks first enhances flavor but is optional.
