These Slow Cooker Mississippi Ribeye Steaks are melt-in-your-mouth tender and bursting with flavor from ranch seasoning, au jus mix, pepperoncini peppers, and butter. An easy set-it-and-forget-it gourmet meal, perfect for weeknights or special occasions, served best over mashed potatoes or rice.
Ingredients

2-3 lbs ribeye steaks

1 packet ranch seasoning

1 packet au jus seasoning

10 pepperoncini peppers

1/4 cup pepperoncini juice (optional)

1/2 cup unsalted butter, sliced
Instructions

Optional Sear: For added depth of flavor, sear steaks in a hot skillet for 1–2 minutes per side.

Assemble in Slow Cooker: Place steaks in the slow cooker. Sprinkle with ranch and au jus seasonings.

Add Peppers & Butter: Add pepperoncini peppers and juice if using. Top with sliced butter.

Cook: Cover and cook on low for 5–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until the steaks are fall-apart tender.

Serve: Plate steaks over mashed potatoes or rice and garnish with fresh parsley.
