Prepare the Gravy:
In the crockpot, mix cream of chicken soup, water, and chicken gravy packets until smooth. -
Season the Chicken:
Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Place into the crockpot. -
Cook:
Cover and cook on low for 7–8 hours, until chicken is fork-tender. -
Shred the Chicken:
Remove chicken, shred with two forks, then return to the crockpot and stir into the gravy. -
