1 box scalloped potatoes (with seasoning packet)

1 lb ground beef

1 onion, chopped

1 can cream of potato soup

1 pack bacon, chopped

Instructions
1. Cook the Meat:
1.1. In a skillet, cook ground beef with onions and seasonings until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
1.2. Stir in the cream of potato soup.
2. Assemble the Casserole:
2.1. In a 13×9 inch baking pan, layer uncooked scalloped potatoes from the box.
2.2. Prepare the seasoning/sauce mix according to package directions in a separate bowl.
2.3. Spread the beef and soup mixture over the potatoes.
2.4. Pour the prepared sauce mix evenly over the top.
3. Bake and Add Toppings:
3.1. Bake uncovered at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
3.2. While baking, cook bacon pieces until crispy and set aside.
3.3. After 25 minutes, remove casserole, top with bacon and shredded cheese.
3.4. Return to oven and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
