These Savory French Dip Biscuits pack all the flavor of a French dip sandwich into a fluffy, golden biscuit. Filled with tender roast beef, melted Swiss cheese, and optional caramelized onions, they’re the ultimate appetizer or game-day snack!
Ingredients

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1/2 lb roast beef, thinly sliced

1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese

1/4 cup caramelized onions (optional)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional, for extra tang)

1 tablespoon melted butter

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 packet au jus gravy mix (for dipping)

1 1/2 cups water (for au jus, or as directed on packet)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Flatten each biscuit into a 4-5 inch circle on a floured surface.

In the center of each dough round, layer roast beef, Swiss cheese, and a spoonful of caramelized onions (if using).

Add a dab of Dijon mustard if desired. Fold dough over filling and pinch to seal into a ball.

Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder.

Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

While biscuits bake, prepare au jus gravy according to package directions.
