Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with paper liners.

In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease and set aside to cool slightly.

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs. Add cooked sausage, shredded Cheddar cheese, and Bisquick mix. Stir until well combined.
