1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 8 medium lemons)
-
4-5 cups cold water (adjust to taste)
-
Ice cubes, for serving
-
Peach slices and lemon slices, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
-
In a small saucepan, combine chopped peaches, sugar, and 1 cup water.

Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until peaches are very soft and syrupy (about 8–10 minutes).
-
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
-
Blend the peach mixture until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp (optional for a smoother lemonade).
-
In a large pitcher, combine the peach syrup with lemon juice and 3–4 cups cold water. Stir well.
-
Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness by adding more water or lemon juice as needed.
-
Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving over ice.
-
Garnish with peach slices and lemon slices if desired.
Notes
-
Adjust the amount of water based on how strong or light you prefer your lemonade.
-
For an extra refreshing twist, add a few sprigs of fresh mint.
-
You can substitute honey or agave syrup for sugar if preferred.
