Ingredients
For the Cake:

1 cup buttermilk

For the Peanut Butter Filling:

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup powdered sugar

2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

For the Topping:

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted

1/2 cup peanut butter, melted

1 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups

1/4 cup Reese’s pieces (optional)
Instructions

Prepare the Cake:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a Bundt pan.

Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.

Mix in vanilla and buttermilk. Gradually add dry ingredients.

Pour batter into pan. Bake for 45–50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool in pan 10 minutes, then invert onto a rack to cool completely.
