These bright and colorful Jello Cookies are fun, fruity, and made with just a few ingredients! Using snickerdoodle cookie mix and flavored gelatin, these cookies are chewy, sweet, and perfect for kids’ parties, holidays, or any time you need a pop of color. Keyword: Jello Cookies.

Ingredients

  • 17.5 oz snickerdoodle cookie mix

  • 1/2 cup salted butter (softened)

  • 1 large egg

  • 3 tbsp each of red, blue, green, and yellow gelatin powder (flavored Jello mix)

  • 1 cup granulated white sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix cookie mix, butter, and egg until dough forms.

Divide dough into four equal portions. Add 3 tablespoons of a different gelatin flavor to each portion, kneading until fully combined.

Scoop out small dough balls (about 1 inch in diameter).

Roll each dough ball in granulated sugar until coated.

Place on prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Bake for 8–10 minutes or until edges are set and centers are soft.

Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
