Description

These Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs are the ultimate cheesy, garlicky snack or appetizer made with just a handful of ingredients! Using refrigerated biscuit dough, mozzarella cheese, and a savory garlic butter topping, these easy cheese bombs bake to golden perfection in under 30 minutes. Perfect for parties, game day, or a quick comfort food craving.

Ingredients

  • 1 (16oz) container of refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese (shredded or diced string cheese)

  • 4 tbsp melted butter (half a stick)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  • Prepare the Biscuits: Open the biscuit dough and separate the 8 biscuits. Flatten each into a 3-inch circle.

  • Add the Cheese: Place a piece of mozzarella in the center of each dough circle. Fold edges up around the cheese and pinch to seal into a ball.

  • Season and Bake: Arrange balls seam-side down on the baking sheet. Mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Brush over biscuit bombs.

  • Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melty.

  • Serve: Enjoy warm with optional dipping sauces like marinara or ranch.

Notes

  • Use pre-shredded cheese or cut up string cheese for convenience.

  • Optional: sprinkle with extra Parmesan or fresh herbs after baking.

  • Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat in the oven for best texture.
