Description

Peach Pie Cruffins are a delightful fusion of croissants and muffins, swirled with cinnamon-spiced peach preserves and baked to golden perfection. Ingredients

For the Cruffins:

  • 3 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent dough

  • 1 cup peach preserves (with visible fruit pieces for texture)

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

For the Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted

  • 1-2 tablespoons milk or cream (to thin glaze, as needed)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin.

  2. Unroll crescent dough and separate each can into two rectangles (press perforations to seal), making 6 rectangles total.

  3. Spread each rectangle with peach preserves and sprinkle evenly with cinnamon.

  4. Roll up each rectangle from the short end, jelly-roll style, then cut each roll in half lengthwise.

  5. Twist each half into a spiral and coil into a muffin cup, cut side up, creating layers.

  6. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
