Description

These Peach Pie Cruffins are a delightful fusion of croissants and muffins—flaky, golden layers swirled with peach preserves, warm cinnamon sugar, and a juicy peach twist. Finished with a dusting of powdered sugar, they’re the perfect sweet treat for breakfast, brunch, or dessert in just 30 minutes!

Ingredients

• 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough or puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
• 1/2 cup peach preserves or pie filling
• 1 ripe peach, finely chopped (optional)
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 1 tablespoon melted butter (for brushing)
• Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a muffin tin.

  • Unroll dough into a rectangle. Seal seams if using crescent rolls.

  • Spread peach preserves evenly. Sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar, and chopped peach (if using).

  • Roll dough from the short side into a log. Cut lengthwise to expose layers.

  • Twist each strip and roll into a swirl. Place in muffin cups, cut side up.

  • Brush tops with melted butter.

  • Bake 18–22 minutes until golden and puffed.

  • Cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

  • Use store-bought puff pastry for flakier layers.

  • Try with apple or berry preserves for variation.

  • Best enjoyed warm but also delicious at room temperature.
