Description

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easier cleanup.

  • In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil until evenly coated.

  • Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the cauliflower. Toss again to combine.
