  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 2 large eggs

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Peach Topping:

  • 2 large peaches, peeled and sliced

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

For Dusting:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a donut pan or line a baking sheet.

  • In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

  • In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla.

  • Combine wet and dry ingredients; mix just until incorporated.

  • Spoon batter into the pan, filling halfway.

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.

  • Make cheesecake filling: mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and cream until smooth.

  • Pipe or spoon filling into the center of each cooled donut.

  • In a skillet, cook peaches with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for 4–5 minutes until syrupy.

  • Top each donut with warm peach mixture.

  • Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

  • For extra indulgence, drizzle with vanilla glaze or caramel.

  • Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
