Description

Cool, creamy, and bursting with citrus flavor, this Orange Creamsicle Pie brings the nostalgic taste of a frozen treat to a no-bake dessert. With a smooth orange gelatin and cream cheese filling in a graham cracker crust, it’s perfect for summer parties or an easy make-ahead treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust

  • 1 (3 oz) package orange gelatin

  • 1/4 cup boiling water

  • 1/2 cup cold water

  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • Orange slice and extra whipped topping, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water in a mixing bowl. Stir in cold water. Chill for about 15 minutes until slightly thickened.

  • In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

  • Fold in whipped topping gently until fully incorporated.

  • Mix in the thickened gelatin until evenly combined.

  • Pour filling into graham cracker crust and smooth the top.

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.

  • Garnish with extra whipped topping and orange slices, if desired.

Notes

  • Add orange zest for an extra citrusy flavor boost.

  • Freeze for 30 minutes before slicing for cleaner edges.

  • Store covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
