Instructions

Dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water in a mixing bowl. Stir in cold water. Chill for about 15 minutes until slightly thickened.

In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

Fold in whipped topping gently until fully incorporated.
