These No-Bake Peanut Butter Crunch Bars are a quick and easy treat made with creamy peanut butter, honey, and crispy rice cereal. Perfect for a healthy snack or dessert, these bars are naturally sweetened and can be topped with dark chocolate for an extra indulgent twist.
Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup coconut oil

3 cups rice crispy cereal

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional, for topping)
Instructions

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and coconut oil. Stir until melted and smooth.

Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract and salt.

Gently fold in the rice crispy cereal until fully coated.

Press the mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8 inch baking dish.

If using, melt the dark chocolate chips and drizzle or spread over the top of the bars.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set.
