Ingredients

12 oz rotini or penne pasta

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup Kalamata olives, sliced

3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
For the Dressing:

1/3 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 garlic clove, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.

In a small bowl or jar, whisk together all dressing ingredients.

In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, bell pepper, and parsley.
