Instructions

In a large bowl, mix ground lamb with breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, oregano, cumin, cinnamon, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs in batches for 8–10 minutes, turning to brown all sides. Set aside.
