For the biscuit layer:

- 1/2 cup melted butter
For the cheesecake layer:
- 400g Kiri spread cheese
- 1 cup liquid whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons Lotus butter
For the final layer:
- 1/2 cup Lotus butter
Instructions
Prepare the biscuit layer:
- Crush the Lotus biscuits in a blender until fine.
- Mix with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into a cheesecake pan.
- Freeze while preparing the cheesecake layer.
Prepare the cheesecake layer:
- Beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, mix Kiri cheese, powdered sugar, and Lotus butter until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the biscuit base.
- Refrigerate for at least 4-5 hours or until set.
Final layer & decoration:
- Melt the Lotus butter (microwave for 30 seconds if needed).
- Pour the melted Lotus butter over the cheesecake layer.
- Sprinkle crushed Lotus biscuits around the edges for decoration.
- Slice and serve chilled. Enjoy

- For an extra crunchy base, bake the biscuit layer at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes, then let it cool before adding the cheesecake mixture.
