Ingredients
4 salmon fillets
• 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
• 2 cups broccoli florets
• 1/2 cup butter (divided)
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
• Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Toss halved potatoes and broccoli with 2 tbsp butter, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
