Ingredients
For the Crust:

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup powdered sugar
For the Filling:

1 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease lightly.

Make the crust: In a bowl, mix flour, melted butter, and powdered sugar until combined. Press evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.

Bake crust for 12–15 minutes, until lightly golden.

Prepare filling: In a separate bowl, whisk together brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, and salt. Stir in chopped pecans.

Pour filling over the pre-baked crust and spread evenly.
