Description

These Heavenly S’mores Ravioli take your favorite campfire treat to a gourmet level—crispy cocoa-infused dough envelopes gooey marshmallows and chocolate, fried to golden perfection and paired with a silky chocolate dipping sauce. A decadent dessert twist on classic ravioli!

Ingredients

For the Ravioli:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 large eggs (1 for dough, 1 for sealing)

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • Oil for frying

  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

For the Chocolate Dipping Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

  2. Beat one egg with vanilla extract and mix into the dry ingredients to form a dough. Knead until smooth, then let rest for 10 minutes.

  3. Roll out the dough thinly on a floured surface and cut into squares.

  4. Place a few mini marshmallows and chocolate chips in the center of half the squares.

  5. Beat the second egg and brush the edges of the filled squares. Place another square on top and press edges to seal.

  6. Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry the ravioli in batches until golden brown.

  7. Remove and drain on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar while warm.

  8. For the sauce, heat the cream until steaming (not boiling), pour over chocolate chips, and whisk until smooth.

  9. Serve the warm ravioli with the chocolate sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Use a ravioli cutter or fork to seal and crimp the edges for a neat look.

  • Add crushed graham crackers for extra s’mores flavor inside.

  • Ravioli can be assembled ahead and fried fresh when ready to serve.
