Description

This Heavenly No-Bake Banana Split Cheesecake is the ultimate layered dessert, combining a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake filling, and classic banana split toppings—all without turning on the oven. A refreshing, easy-to-make showstopper!

Ingredients

  • Crust:

    • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

    • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • Cheesecake Layer (ingredients typically include):

    • 16 oz cream cheese, softened

    • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

    • 1 tsp vanilla extract

    • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

  • Toppings:

    • 2 ripe bananas, sliced

    • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

    • 1 cup strawberries, chopped

    • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup

    • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

    • Maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan to form the crust. Chill for 10 minutes.

  2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.

  3. Spread the cheesecake layer over the chilled crust evenly.

  4. Layer sliced bananas, crushed pineapple, and chopped strawberries on top of the cheesecake.

  5. Drizzle with chocolate syrup, sprinkle chopped nuts if using, and garnish with maraschino cherries.

  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.

  7. Slice and serve cold.

Notes

  • Use freshly sliced bananas to avoid browning—dip them in lemon juice to help preserve color.

  • Customize with your favorite toppings like caramel drizzle or crushed cookies.

  • Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
