Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 can (15 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 can (15 oz) green beans, drained

1 large potato, peeled and thinly sliced

1 small onion, chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish with olive oil.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and chopped onion. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.

Layer the sliced potatoes evenly on the bottom of the casserole dish.

Add the cooked beef mixture on top, followed by a layer of green beans.

Pour the cream of mushroom soup over the entire dish, spreading evenly.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and cheese is melted and bubbly.
