Ingredients

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 large flour tortillas

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup Caesar dressing (ensure it’s egg-free if needed)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Optional: croutons for crunch, lemon wedges for serving
Instructions

In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Grill shrimp over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through. Set aside.

Warm tortillas slightly for easy folding.

In a mixing bowl, combine romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Toss to coat.

Lay out each tortilla and spoon some of the Caesar salad mixture in the center. Top with grilled shrimp.
