Description

These Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps are a fresh and satisfying meal featuring smoky grilled shrimp, crisp romaine, and creamy Caesar dressing, all rolled into a soft tortilla. Perfect for a quick lunch or light dinner that’s full of bold, savory flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (ensure it’s egg-free if needed)

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Optional: croutons for crunch, lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  • In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Grill shrimp over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through. Set aside.

  • Warm tortillas slightly for easy folding.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Toss to coat.

  • Lay out each tortilla and spoon some of the Caesar salad mixture in the center. Top with grilled shrimp.

  • Add croutons if using, then fold in the sides and roll into a wrap.

  • Slice in half and serve with lemon wedges if desired.

Notes

  • Can substitute grilled chicken or tofu for shrimp.

  • For low-carb, serve over romaine as a salad or use lettuce wraps.

  • Add sliced avocado for extra creaminess.
