2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally to create 4 thinner cutlets. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and dried parsley.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken cutlets for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
