Description

Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken is the ultimate comfort food—tender, juicy chicken breasts simmered in a rich, velvety garlic-Parmesan sauce. Quick and easy to prepare, this savory dish is perfect for cozy family dinners or weeknight indulgence.


Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally to create 4 thinner cutlets. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and dried parsley.

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken cutlets for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook until the sauce thickens, about 3–5 minutes.

  • Return chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top. Simmer for 2–3 more minutes to blend flavors.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
