Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are the ultimate handheld comfort food—juicy ground beef and melty cheese stuffed inside buttery biscuit dough, brushed with savory garlic butter, and sprinkled with Parmesan. Perfect for game day, snacks, or easy dinners!

Ingredients

For the Filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 cup diced pickles (optional)

  • 1 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tbsp mustard

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For Assembly:

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

  • Optional: parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess grease.

  • Stir in cream cheese, cheddar, ketchup, mustard, pickles (if using), and season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined and cheese is melted. Remove from heat.

  • Flatten each biscuit round slightly. Spoon about 2 tbsp of beef mixture into the center of each. Fold dough over and pinch to seal, forming a ball.

  • Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter and garlic powder. Brush tops of bombs, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

  • Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.

  • Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Serve with dipping sauces like ranch, ketchup, or burger sauce.

  • You can prepare the filling ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to assemble.

  • Try using mozzarella or pepper jack for a flavor twist.
