Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1/2 small onion, finely chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

2 tbsp melted butter

1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp dried parsley (optional)
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until browned. Drain excess fat.

Stir in garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Flatten each biscuit dough round and place a spoonful of the beef mixture and some cheddar cheese in the center.

Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.

Place bombs seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.

Brush each bomb with melted butter, then sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
