Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are the ultimate bite-sized snack packed with juicy ground beef, savory garlic, and gooey cheese wrapped in golden-baked dough. Perfect for parties, game nights, or a fun family dinner, these flavor-packed bombs are a guaranteed crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp dried parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until browned. Drain excess fat.

  3. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  4. Flatten each biscuit dough round and place a spoonful of the beef mixture and some cheddar cheese in the center.

  5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.

  6. Place bombs seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.

  7. Brush each bomb with melted butter, then sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.

  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.

  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute cheddar with mozzarella or your favorite cheese blend.

  • Add pickles or bacon bits inside for extra flavor.

  • Serve with ketchup, mustard, or a garlic aioli for dipping.
