Description

These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are savory, cheesy bites wrapped in fluffy biscuit dough and brushed with garlic butter and parmesan—an irresistible twist on classic burgers that’s perfect for parties, game days, or fun family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1 small onion, finely diced

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 can (16 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough

  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is soft. Drain excess grease.

  • Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  • Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch round. Spoon about 1–2 tablespoons of beef mixture into the center and top with cheddar cheese.

  • Fold biscuit dough around the filling, pinching to seal and forming into a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush each dough ball generously.

  • Sprinkle tops with Parmesan cheese.

  • Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Serve with dipping sauces like burger sauce, ranch, or ketchup.

  • Use spicy cheese or jalapeños for a kicked-up version.

  • These are great for prepping ahead and reheating in an air fryer or oven.
