Ingredients

For Garlic Butter Steak Bites:

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp fresh thyme (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

For Creamy Parmesan Shells:

  • 8 oz shell pasta

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook the Pasta:

    • Boil shell pasta according to package directions until al dente.

    • Drain and set aside.

  • Sear the Steak Bites:

    • In a hot skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.

    • Add steak bites, season with salt and pepper, and sear for 4–5 minutes until browned.

    • Add garlic and thyme, cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.

    • Remove steak from the pan and set aside.

  • Make the Creamy Parmesan Sauce:

    • In the same skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter.

    • Add heavy cream, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese.

    • Stir continuously for 3–4 minutes until smooth and thickened.

  • Combine and Serve:

    • Toss cooked shell pasta in the creamy sauce.

    • Return steak bites to the pan and stir to combine.

    • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Let the steak come to room temperature before searing for best browning.

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for smoother melting.

  • Add a splash of pasta water if the sauce gets too thick.
