Ingredients
For Garlic Butter Steak Bites:

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

3 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp fresh thyme (optional)

1/2 tsp black pepper
For Creamy Parmesan Shells:

8 oz shell pasta

1 tbsp butter

1 cup heavy cream
-
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Cook the Pasta:

Boil shell pasta according to package directions until al dente.

Drain and set aside.

Sear the Steak Bites:

In a hot skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.

Add steak bites, season with salt and pepper, and sear for 4–5 minutes until browned.

Add garlic and thyme, cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.

In the same skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter.
