1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Optional: pinch of nutmeg or Italian seasoning
Instructions
-
Prepare Tortellini: Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
-
Make Alfredo Sauce: In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in cream and bring to a simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and season with salt, pepper, and optional nutmeg. Stir until thickened and creamy. Add cooked tortellini and toss to coat. Keep warm.
-
Cook Steak Bites: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak pieces with salt and pepper. Add steak in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove steak and set aside.
-
Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Return steak to the pan and toss in the garlic butter.
-
Serve: Plate creamy Alfredo tortellini and top with garlic butter steak bites. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
-
For best results, let steak sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.
-
Use a meat thermometer to ensure steak reaches your preferred doneness.
-
Add a pinch of crushed red pepper to the Alfredo for a little heat.
