Description

Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Creamy Alfredo Tortellini is the ultimate comfort food combo—juicy, seared steak bites tossed in garlic butter paired with rich, cheesy tortellini coated in a creamy Alfredo sauce. A satisfying and indulgent steak and pasta dish ready in minutes!

Ingredients

For the Steak Bites:

  • 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak or ribeye, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

For the Alfredo Tortellini:

  • 1 (20 oz) package refrigerated cheese tortellini

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Optional: pinch of nutmeg or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Prepare Tortellini: Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • Make Alfredo Sauce: In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in cream and bring to a simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and season with salt, pepper, and optional nutmeg. Stir until thickened and creamy. Add cooked tortellini and toss to coat. Keep warm.

  • Cook Steak Bites: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak pieces with salt and pepper. Add steak in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove steak and set aside.

  • Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Return steak to the pan and toss in the garlic butter.

  • Serve: Plate creamy Alfredo tortellini and top with garlic butter steak bites. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • For best results, let steak sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.

  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure steak reaches your preferred doneness.

  • Add a pinch of crushed red pepper to the Alfredo for a little heat.
