Description

These Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups are the ultimate comfort food mashup—stuffed with seasoned ground beef, crispy bacon, melted cheese, and wrapped in buttery dough, they’re perfect for parties, game day, or a fast family dinner that everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper, then drain excess grease.

  • Reduce heat and stir in cream cheese until melted and well combined. Mix in shredded cheddar cheese and bacon.

  • Roll out the dough and press seams together if using crescent rolls. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the dough.

  • Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch thick pinwheels.

  • Place pinwheels on the prepared baking sheet.

  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic. Brush over each rollup.

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley (if using) and serve warm.

Notes

  • Serve with dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce for extra fun.

  • Add chopped pickles or onions to the filling for an even more authentic burger flavor.

  • Leftovers can be reheated in the oven or air fryer for crispy results.
