Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, oil, and eggs. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Scoop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the edges are set but the centers remain soft.
Let cookies cool completely on a wire rack.
Once cooled, spread a thin layer of chocolate frosting over each cookie.
Sprinkle rainbow candy chips on top before the frosting sets.
