Ingredients
-
12 oz (about 2 cups) white chocolate chips
-
2 tbsp unsalted butter
-
16 oz vanilla frosting
-
2 cups mini fruit-flavored marshmallows (divided)
-
1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles (divided)
Instructions
-
Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper, ensuring it fits snugly for easy removal.
-
In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips and butter together, stirring continuously until smooth.
-
Microwave the vanilla frosting for about 30 seconds to loosen, then stir it into the melted chocolate mixture until creamy.
-
Let the mixture cool for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent melting the marshmallows and sprinkles too fast.
-
Stir in 1½ cups of mini marshmallows and half of the sprinkles quickly to combine evenly.
-
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
-
Sprinkle the remaining marshmallows and sprinkles on top for decoration.
-
Allow the fudge to set at room temperature for 2–3 hours or refrigerate for faster setting.
-
Notes
-
For a firmer fudge, chill in the refrigerator until set.
-
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.
-
Feel free to swap the fruit-flavored marshmallows with your favorite marshmallow variety.
