Description

This Fruity Marshmallow Fudge is a creamy, colorful treat combining smooth white chocolate, vanilla frosting, and vibrant mini fruit-flavored marshmallows. Perfect for festive occasions or a fun dessert, this easy-to-make fudge is bursting with sweet, fruity flavors and topped with rainbow sprinkles for a playful touch.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz (about 2 cups) white chocolate chips

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 16 oz vanilla frosting

  • 2 cups mini fruit-flavored marshmallows (divided)

  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles (divided)

Instructions

  • Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper, ensuring it fits snugly for easy removal.

  • In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips and butter together, stirring continuously until smooth.

  • Microwave the vanilla frosting for about 30 seconds to loosen, then stir it into the melted chocolate mixture until creamy.

  • Let the mixture cool for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent melting the marshmallows and sprinkles too fast.

  • Stir in 1½ cups of mini marshmallows and half of the sprinkles quickly to combine evenly.

  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

  • Sprinkle the remaining marshmallows and sprinkles on top for decoration.

  • Allow the fudge to set at room temperature for 2–3 hours or refrigerate for faster setting.

Notes

  • For a firmer fudge, chill in the refrigerator until set.

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.

  • Feel free to swap the fruit-flavored marshmallows with your favorite marshmallow variety.
