Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a baking pan.

In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar until pale, light, and frothy.

Stir in the Greek yogurt until well combined.

Gradually fold in the sifted flour and baking powder, mixing gently until smooth.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and level the top.
