Description

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 150 g natural Greek yogurt

  • 150 g all-purpose flour

  • 100 g sugar

  • 1 sachet (11 g) baking powder (chemical yeast)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a baking pan.

  • In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar until pale, light, and frothy.

  • Stir in the Greek yogurt until well combined.

  • Gradually fold in the sifted flour and baking powder, mixing gently until smooth.

  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and level the top.

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  • Let cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Slice and enjoy!
