Description

Espresso Fudge is a rich, no-bake chocolate dessert infused with bold coffee flavor — a decadent treat perfect for chocolate lovers and caffeine fans alike. This creamy fudge melts in your mouth and makes an elegant gift or party bite-sized sweet!

Ingredients

Scale

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
• 2 cups dark chocolate chips
• 1 tablespoon espresso powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Prep Pan:
Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy lifting. (⏱️ 5 minutes)

  • Melt Fudge Base:
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and dark chocolate chips.
Stir constantly until the chocolate is melted and smooth. (⏱️ 6–8 minutes)

  • Add Flavor:
Stir in espresso powder, vanilla extract, and salt until fully dissolved and glossy. (⏱️ 2 minutes)

  • Pour and Set:
Pour fudge into the prepared pan and spread evenly. (⏱️ 2 minutes)
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or until firm. (⏱️ 3 hours)

  • Cut and Serve:
Lift fudge using parchment overhang and cut into 25 squares. (⏱️ 5 minutes)

Notes

For a stronger coffee flavor, increase espresso powder to 1.5 tablespoons.
• Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for longer shelf life.
• Add a sprinkle of sea salt or chopped nuts for extra flair.
• Use a serrated knife for cleaner cuts.
