This dragon fruit tiramisu is a vibrant tropical twist on the classic Italian dessert. With layers of sweet mascarpone, dragon fruit purée, and soft ladyfingers, it’s a colorful and refreshing dessert that’s perfect for summer entertaining or an exotic treat anytime.

Ingredients

  • Ladyfingers (savoiardi)

  • 1 cup dragon fruit purée (preferably from red/pink dragon fruit for bold color)

  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 cup whipped cream (or whipped topping)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, beat mascarpone and sugar together until smooth and creamy.

  • Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.

  • Lightly dip ladyfingers into the dragon fruit purée—do not soak.

  • Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of your serving dish.

  • Spread half the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.

  • Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone mixture.

  • Smooth the top and optionally drizzle or swirl extra dragon fruit purée for garnish.

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.

Notes

  • Use chilled mascarpone for easier mixing.

  • You can blend fresh dragon fruit or use store-bought purée.

  • Garnish with dragon fruit slices or mint leaves before serving for a stunning presentation
