Ingredients
For the Cake:

For the Dragon Fruit Frosting:

2-3 tablespoons heavy cream (as needed)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Cake Batter

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 8-inch round pans or line with parchment.

In a bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Mix in vanilla extract.

Add dragon fruit puree and mix until incorporated.

Alternate adding dry ingredients and sour cream with milk to the wet mixture, beginning and ending with dry ingredients.
